LIQ-4 Particle Plus Online oil monitoring sensor for particle count adopts a light blockage method which is specified by ISO4402 / ISO11171 to test the oil pollution degree, which has the advantages of fast detection speed, strong anti-interference, high precision and good repeatability. Particle size: 1~100um or 4~70 um(c), with Eight channels from 1um to 70um(c).

LIQ-WTG

Online Oil Sensor For Wind Turbine Gearbox. LIQ-WTG Real-time detection of the number of wear particles(Fe particles and Non-Fe particles),viscosity, density, water activity, moisture content and temperature of wind turbine gearbox oils. Wear debris size range: Ferromagnetic wear particles of >40um, and Non-Ferromagnetic wear particles of >150um.

Online Oil Sensor For Wear Condition Monitoring. LIQ-WCM Detection of ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic wear particles, viscosity, density, micro-water content, water activity, temperature, dielectric constant (contamination), etc.,The device is compact and sturdy, and is very suitable for oil status monitoring of vehicle-mounted equipment and other heavy industrial equipment. Detection capability: ferromagnetic abrasive particles Fe> 40μm ( ESD ) Five levels; non-ferromagnetic abrasive NFe> 150μm ( ESD ) five levels.

Wear debris sensor. LIQ - WDS8 Oil wear debris sensor utilizes an advanced three-coil electromagnetic induction principle. It is equipped with a high-precision signal sampling and processing unit, along with sophisticated algorithms. This combination enables real-time detection of both ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic abrasive particles in the oil circuit.

Oil condition sensor solution with PLC. LIQ - PLC The control system integrates 4G communication module, display screen and data processing module. It can be adapted to the detection of viscosity, density, dielectric constant, water content, temperature and wear particles. Sensors can be freely replaced according to the site monitoring requirements, suitable for batch deployment in industrial sites.
